Aspirating power is weaker than the professional Treating appliance at hospital ? |
- Using irrigator humidify the nasal cavity firstly before extracting the snot, specially in the condition of gluey snot.
- Larger power of extracting would injury the mocusa.The extracting powers of Preven-Co and Co-Care are comply with the international regulations.
- While extracting, press “orifice for vacuum operating valve” continuously for fully extracting.Interrupted pressing is not a correct operation.

Instruction for Use and Warranty maintenance. |
- All our products have warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of original purchase.Instruction manual, operating card & DVD are attached with the package.Please contact the store from where you buy it if there is any problem on usage.

Mist nozzle of Co-Care is too big/wide for children’s nostril ? |
- The mist nozzle should not be put into the nostril but be positioned near the outside of nostril and the mist of glob is sprayed into the nostril by jet power of pump.

Cleansing Solution |
- Only normal saline solution is adaptable for the Preven-Co/Co-Care. Do not use any salty water or saline solution that is for cleaning the contact lens.Special nasal cleansing solution is optional.

How to prevent the blocking of Mist Nozzle ? |
- After cleansing work, the crystallized salt of normal saline solution will remain in the nozzle and causes blocking or narrows solution flow. Under empty tank, to keep press 「Orifice for Mist Operating Vale」10 sec. or more will eliminate the residue solution from mist nozzle to prevent nozzle blocking.

Weaker extracting Power ? |
- It usually happens on the looser of aspirator parts which causes air leakage. To rescrew those parts tightly is suggested.It could also happen on the failure battery or importer battery, replace the battery or use the AD/DC power adaptor (optional accessory).
- To keep press “orifice for vacuum operating valve” and position the “silicone suction cannula” near to nostril, the snot would be extracted out.

Applicable battery |
- Alkaline battery 1.5V DC LR6/AA x 2.
- Recharged battery (Its voltage is 1.2V only) is not suggested. Do not use other battery.

One set of Aspirator/Irrigator for one user only. |
- Do not share the components of aspirator/irrigator by few users to prevent transmitting influ. virus infection.

| Q9.Sterilization of components |
- To wash all components by purified water after the cleansing work. Puring clean water into the tank and keep press “orifice for vacuum operating valve” to clean 「mist nozzle」
- Besides the tubing, Preven-Co is spiral tube and Co-Care is straight tube, and filtration/silencer cartridge, all other components can be sterilized by boiling water or by steam at high temperature.
- Suggest to replace tubing every 3-6 months depending on the frequency of usage, and filtration/silencer cartridge every 2 months
